2014 AFT/AFS January National Camps
The 2014 AFT/AFS January National (Summer) Weapons Camp will be held from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th January at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra. The camp will cover all three weapons, and is a compulsory training component for athletes who are part of the AFF's High Performance Program.

1.00 - Warm up, Agility, Core exercises and Strengthening
2.30 - Foot work, balance and posture exercises, Technical drills
4.00 - Group lessons and Free bouting
6.00 - Stretching, core stability
6.30 - Recovery session (sauna, hot/cold bath)
1.00 - Warm up, Agility, Core exercises and Strengthening

4.30 - Maxi pool at 5 hits and individual lessons
