NSWFA "YOG" Development Camp - Day 1 to 3

Sabre 

The serious side


Over the 3 days the fencers did extensive warm up and fitness with agility training.
Footwork, blade drills, lessons and tactical bouting.
As well as team bouts, poule bouts, maxi poule and 
d/e camp competition.
