AFF National AFT / AFS Training Camp - AIS, Canberra

AFF National Winter Training Camp 

AIS, Canberra 

MVB Fencers survived an incredibly tough National training camp

5 Training Session per day over 4 days,

including Physical Test, Sports Psychology and Nutrition 

2 daily fitness session and 3 daily fencing session

fencing along side with the Australian Fencing Team preparing 

for Senior Asian and World Fencing Championships
